Policies
- Most items carry a limited warranty which is stated in the item listing.
- Cancellations must be requested in a timely manner and are subject to processing/re-stocking fees.
- Returns will be accepted at the discretion of Mind Shelf Productions on a per case basis.
- Stocked items are shipped within two (2) business days after cleared payment is received.
- Custom built items will be shipped within five (5) business days after cleared payment is received.
